Refund policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased from Awakening369.com, operated by Awakening369 Inc.

Digital downloads

Our ebooks and other downloadable products are supplied electronically. No physical item is shipped. A download link is emailed after successful payment.

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges after a file has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable law. If you have not accessed your purchase and would like to cancel it, contact us promptly so we can review your request.

Duplicate purchases, delivery problems and faulty files

Please contact us if you were charged twice for the same purchase, received the wrong file, cannot access your download, or find that a file is defective or materially different from its description. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a working replacement, correction, or refund. Where the law entitles you to a refund or other remedy, those rights apply.

If your download email is missing, check your spam or junk folder and confirm the email address used at checkout. We can help resend the link.

How to request help or a refund

Email hello@awakening369.com with your order number, the email address used for your purchase, and a short description of the issue. Please do not send full payment-card details. No physical return is required for digital products.

Refund processing

We will notify you of the outcome of your request by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Any mandatory refund deadlines under applicable law will be respected.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies to digital content, it is not lost merely because this policy is displayed; any legally required express consent and acknowledgment must also be obtained.
